Instructions for filling out the DWC Submission form.
Please completely fill out all of the personal information in the top right portion of the submission form (example A). If paying by credit card then please write the credit card number, expiration date and 3 digit security number from the back of the card in the payment space of the form. For each item submitted, please completely fill in the information (example B). Refer to the pricing charts for the Base Fee. If you are getting a item signed by any premium signer such as Stan Lee or any other scheduled creator, please refer to the appropriate pricing sheet. If the item is being signed by any other creator, refer to our regular pricing chart (example C). Any additional signatures should be listed but will be billed to the customer after the additional signatures have been obtained.
The return shipping charge from CGC back to the customer works as follows. Any Express, Standard or Modern Tier books can combine ship. Economy Tier books can not ship with any other tier because of the grading time needed by CGC. In the summary box, please add the total of the Base Fees together (example D). Then add the Shipping Fees together (if you wish, you can e-mail us your details and we will calculate your shipping). Then add both totals together for the Grand Total. Enclose a copy of the filled out submission form with the items along with payment.
Once you have sent the books, please e-mail desertwindcomics@hotmail.com with a list of the books shipped as well as the shipping tracking number. Any questions should be e-mailed to us. Once your books have been received, then your previous e-mail with all of the information from above will be responded to confirm receipt of your books. NOTE: If you submit a graded comic book for signature, Desert Wind Comics must remove the comic book from the encapsulation at least 2 days prior to the scheduled event and is not responsible for any resubmission fees if the creators requested cancels their appearance or can not sign the book due to issues out of the control of Desert Wind Comics.
